Gregory B: North Side Senior Photos

Oh Pittsburgh, with its ever changing forecast and unpredictability.

I had the pleasure of taking Greg's senior photos around the North Side & North Shore a few weeks ago, and while it unexpectedly rained for the majority of his session, we were still able to get some great shots to celebrate his senior year!

It's been such an honor to work with this great family throughout the years (Grant and George) - I had the pleasure of photographing Greg's two brothers before him! It's hard to believe that he is the last of the siblings!

Sophie W: Strip District & North Shore Senior Photos

We braved all of the elements last night during Sophie's session, but neither wind nor rain could keep us from taking her photos!

We started out in the Strip District with some colorful steps and grungy walls, then to the top of a parking garage with the prettiest city view, then headed over to the North Shore... and when the clouds finally parted there, we were greeted with a rainbow! A precious reminder of God's promise to the world - and a reminder to me that God is in control of the weather and all elements... and all of our days!

Sophie is a North Catholic senior who hopes to study business & marketing post-high school! She loves Mexican food and played softball for many, many years!

Collin H: Moraine State Park Senior Photos

It's been so much fun to get to photograph a handful of seniors from my high school alma mater within the last few months - and Collin is one of those seniors!

We had a foggy, cloudy morning for Collin's senior photos, but it made our light all the nicer to work with, and the colors of the trees, grass, and shrubs even more vibrant! Moraine State Park is one of my absolute favorite spots for fall photos in the Pittsburgh area. The colors are always so striking against the beautiful lake!

Brooke K: Mellon Park Senior Photos

Brooke is a senior at Sewickley Academy who hopes to pursue a career as a lawyer post-high school! Besides being a talented dancer, she also loves graphic design, and is one of the chief creative forces behind her school's yearbook!

We had the prettiest morning for her senior photos at Mellon Park, with a few bursts of gorgeous sunshine!

Rachel S: Moraine State Park Senior Photos

Rachel is a rising senior who chose Moraine State Park for her senior session... and we ended up having such a beautiful evening for her photos! It wasn't too hot, and there were some ominous looking storm clouds in the distance that really added to the backdrop of her photos.

Rachel hopes to become a marine biologist post high school, and has a personal goal of visiting all U.S. national parks! She's already crossed 2 off her list... so only 60-something more to go!

Lauren M: McConnell's Mill Senior Photos

I think it's safe to say that it's REALLY feeling a lot like fall here in Western Pennsylvania And I am ALL for it!

Lauren's senior session a few weeks ago at McConnell's Mill was the first shoot of the year (for me!) that felt like fall! We were able to get two totally different looks in during her session - one fall, and one a bit more summer! She even jumped in the water for some photos at the end of her session… It was so much fun!

Besides being quite adventurous, Lauren is just the sweetest! I've known her family for quite some time and adore them. It's such an honor and blessing to get to work with families throughout the years! Congratulations on your senior year, Lauren!

Cameron F: North Allegheny Senior Photos

Cameron is a North Allegheny football player who I photographed over on the North Shore in front of Heinz Stadium for his senior photos a few weeks ago!

In true Pittsburgh fashion, the forecast took a turn for the not-so-great as we were driving on our way to the session. We decided to go for it anyways! It drizzled for about 50% of the time session, but we were still able to make some great images to celebrate his senior year!

Anna & Ellie: Mellon Park Twin Senior Photos

How gorgeous are these ladies?! Twins are always so much fun to photograph, and these two were no exception! We had the most gorgeous evening for Anna & Ellie's session at Mellon Park... one of my favorite locations!

Cece H: Seneca Valley Senior Photos at Mellon Park

Cece had the most perfect evening for her photos at Mellon Park! The air was slightly crisp, and there was barely any humidity... and the LIGHT! It was unbelievable.

Cece is a rising senior at Seneca Valley who is involved in cheer & track! She's also a former gymnast, whose favorite food is sushi

Alexis S: Mellon Park Senior Photos

It was such a sweet treat to get to take Lexi's senior photos last month at the gorgeous Mellon Park!

This gorgeous senior is not only navigating senior year, but also her baking business that she operates out of her family's home! She brought an adorable customized rolling pin as a nod to her love for baking... along with her sweet pups, Cocoa and Checkers!
