I LOVE showcasing who a person is through photographs. It's one of my favorites parts about being a photographer. This pretty lady is a self-confessed bookworm, and brought a suitcase full of books to incorporate into her shoot - also, her mom did a fantastic job of reupholstering the blue chair you'll see below, which has been in their family for decades. Thanks for bringing such awesome ideas to the table, Maddie! Congrats on almost being done with your high school career!

Emily's senior shoot took place in the heart of Oakland on a beautiful summer(ish) afternoon. Also - look at those blue eyes!
Stephen was a great senior to work with! We incorporated his love for baseball and hunting into his session at McConnells Mill. Have an awesome senior year, Stephen!
Just a few of our favorites Sami's senior session at Moraine State Park! This Seneca Valley senior is planning on heading to West Virginia University after graduation - I love how she incorporated a WVU jacket into her shoot! Best of luck to you for your senior year, Sami!
Sam is a sweet Seneca Valley senior with a love for musical theater and coffee (my kind of girl)! Sam's mom rented the Strand TheaterStrand Theater in Zelienople for her session - we had such a great time shooting there and around historic Harmony.
Also, a huge thanks to my friend Megan Johnson for personalizing the sign of this first photo. (Click here to see more of her awesome design work).
Matt B. is a senior at Mars High School who has a ton of interests - videography, drumming, volunteer firefighting - all of which we were able to incorporate into our shoot in downtown Mars! Thanks for an awesome shoot, Matt!
I don't shoot down in Pittsburgh often, but when I do, I always LOVE the results. Kalena is a true Pittsburgh girl, so when we started planning her session, she knew she wanted scenery that was specific to Pittsburgh. What better places to shoot than Phipp's Conservatory and the Cathedral of Learning! We had so much fun walking around Oakland with Kalena, and wish her all the best as she heads into her senior year!
Alex M. is a senior at Seneca Valley High school. Alex's mom is a fantastic gardener, so the beginning of our session took place in her backyard! We had such a great time working with these lovely people!
You might recognize the lovely Jo from her sibling session a few months back (see it here). We had so much fun hanging out at North Park taking Jo's senior photos - she even brought her pom pons and a bag full of her dance shoes for us to incorporate into the shoot!
Kyle is a 2014 Seneca Valley senior, and we had an awesome time shooting his portraits this past week in the little town of Zelienople. He's a member of Seneca's ROTC program, and can hold himself up by his own strength parallel to the ground (see the last photo). Thanks for an awesome shoot, Kyle!
That's some serious strength, ladies and gents.
