It's always an honor when someone asks me to give them some photography tips. I've become a huge fan of helping people through figuring out their camera, their lenses, and their lighting (even though I still have so much to learn myself!). Recently, I met a lovely lady who I've been mentoring in photography, and we decided to style a little mini-shoot to practice shooting. Her daughters were the models, and they did a fantastic job! Some of my favorites are below:
I love working with other vendors in the wedding industry. A few weeks ago, I was blessed with the opportunity to work alongside Hallie Dunbar from Blush and Honey (makeup and hair), along with Rodger Obley of Rodger Obley Photography and Haley Helbling of Haley Elizabeth Photography. Here are some of my shots from the shoot! Also, a huge thanks to all of the models who spent their day with us.
Spring made an appearance yesterday, and the weather was too beautiful to deny an impromptu shoot. Getting some beautiful free flowers may have also had something to do with it!
