Meet Katherine!

She's a senior at Mars who has already been accepted to a ton of awesome schools - go girl! She's a Chipotle & Chick-fil-A lover who chose to have her senior photos done in one of my favorite locations... Historic Harmony!

What I LOVE about this location is the amount of variety (and color!) you can get within a very short walking distance. It has that small town charm and I always get some of my favorite images here!

We had a blast walking around town with Katherine and her mom and getting to explore so many spots on such a beautiful fall day. Congratulations on your senior year, Katherine!

Why Should I Have My Senior Photos Taken?

If you've followed me for any length of time on Facebook or Instagram (or here, on the blog!), you've probably seen my love for weddings, but something you may not necessarily know about me is my absolute love for photographing high school seniors! I truly believe that every teenage girl (and woman, for that matter!) should have the opportunity to feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful in front of the camera! We live in a world that's overrun by the media telling us who we should be, how we should act, and what we should look like - but a senior session gives every girl the ability to appreciate who they are and how beautiful they are - inside and out. So if you're a senior who wants the opportunity to celebrate who you are and the unique beauty that you have - or if you're a girl who just needs to be reminded of the beauty that already lives inside of you - a senior session is for you! Headshots at the Wunderbar Coffee Shop in Harmony - does it get any better?! I'm lucky to work with this talented lady at Sparq Designs, where she is our official #bosslady and Senior Project Manager. She also runs the highly successful Urban Cashmere Blog (ladies, check it out - you won't be disappointed). Naturally, I was honored when she asked me to take some updated headshots for her for a musical she's auditioning for (what can't she do?!). Check out a few of my favorites below!
